North Korean leader Kim Jong-un departed Pyongyang by train Monday afternoon to visit China, Yonhap news reported Monday, citing unnamed sources.
“Kim departed Pyongyang by train this afternoon and is currently traveling,” Yonhap news quoted the sources.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is scheduled to attend China’s 80th Victory Day military parade in Beijing on Sept. 3 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, alongside Russian President Vladimir Putin.
