[DISCLOSURE] Formetal (119500) reported on Aug. 12 that its operating profit for the first-half of the year increased 40.8 percent to 755 million won (US$684,931) on-year.

Sales declined 12.2 percent to 21.7 billion won and net profit fell 9.4 percent to 680 million won.
