[DISCLOSURE] KTB Investment & Securities (030210) announced that its vice-chairman Lee Byung-chul acquired 415,168 additional shares (0.59 percent) of the company.

Lee, along with the firm’s CEO Kwon Sung-moon and other individuals with special relationship with Kwon, currently hold 21,593,226 shares (30.59 percent) of the company.
