[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Group said on Aug. 5 that stakes owned by Hyundai Engineering & Construction (000720), Hyundai Motor (005380) and Hyundai Mobis (012330) in Hyundai Merchant Marine (011200) each decreased 10,116,751 shares (6.74 percent) to 1,686,125 shares (0.91 percent).

The stakes were decreased after changes in number of issued stocks and capital reduction.
