[DISCLOSURE] Curocom (040350) announced on Aug. 4 that it plans to purchase Sumagen's 1,302,154 newly issued stocks worth 6 billion won (US$5.4 million) through participating in the firm’s capital increase.
The investment amounts to 7.42 percent of Curocom’s total capital and its stake in Sumagen will increase to 64.78 percent (11,283,690 shares).
Sumagen is Curocom’s subsidiary company that develops AIDS vaccines.
