[DISCLOSURE] China Ocean Resources (900050) announced on Aug. 3 that its subsidiary Fujian Lianjiang Far-sea Fishery will transfer 5 new vessels to a deep-sea fishery company.

The fishery company will pay 757.4 million won (US$679,404) to the shipbuilder, instead of the debt-ridden Fujian Lianjiang Far-sea Fishery.
