[DISCLOSURE] Advanced Nano Products (121600) said on Aug. 3 that it has signed a trust contract with Hana Financial Investment to repurchase its own shares worth 3 billion won (US$2.7 million). The repurchased stocks will contribute to stabilizing its stock price and increasing value for shareholders.

The contract expires Feb. 3, 2017.
