The group rolled out the first installment of “Coloring,” which is made up of retakes of four of its hit songs: “Hip,” “Um Oh Ah Yeh,” “Starry Night” and “Rainy Season.” The quartet collaborated with a number of musicians for each track.

The group debuted in 2014 with the EP “Hello,” and has since released two studio albums and 12 mini albums as well as a best-of album. The group's last album was 12th EP “Mic On” in October 2022. The six members demonstrated their performance skills in the video for the single ― full of confidence, albeit rebellious ― that was released in advance to the upcoming third EP, “Ive Empathy.”

The dance video generated 300,000 views on YouTube within 15 hours, while the music video had logged over 15 million views as of Tuesday.

“Rebel Heart” debuted atop major real-time music charts at home as well as on iTunes songs charts in four regions. The single is one of two focus tracks from the six-track mini album, along with “Attitude,” for which Jang Wonyoung co-authored the lyrics, a first for the idol. The album is due out on Feb. 3.
