[DISCLOSURE] GS Engineering & Construction (006360) announced on July 28 that its second-quarter operating profit fell 40.64 percent to 22.65 billion won (US$20.11 million) on-year on a consolidated basis.

Sales rose 8.64 percent to 2.7 trillion won and net profit surged 71.79 percent to 8.11 billion won.
