Kim Si-woo and Tom Kim have received invitations from Tiger Woods to compete in the Hero World Challenge, a PGA Tour exhibition event.
The tournament, hosted by Woods, announced its initial field of 17 players Monday, including world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, Kim Si-woo and Tom Kim.
A total of 20 players will compete in the event, which will be held over four days beginning Dec. 3 at Albany Golf Course in the Bahamas.
The field is selected based in part on the world rankings following the Tour Championship. It will be Kim Si-woo's first appearance at the event.
Kim finished inside the top 30 in this year's FedEx Cup standings to qualify for the season-ending Tour Championship and also played a key role for the International Team in the Presidents Cup against the United States.
