Rescene gives Manchester City a K-pop lesson 리센느, 맨체스터 시티에게 케이팝을 가르치다

K-pop girl group Rescene is teaming up with Manchester City players for a new entertainment show that will see the members teach the soccer stars K-pop dance moves and go head-to-head with them in a special soccer match.

케이팝 걸그룹 리센느가 맨체스터 시티 선수들과 만나 케이팝 춤 동작들을 가르치고, 스페셜 경기를 통해 선수들과 맞대결을 펼치는 새로운 예능 프로그램에 촬영한다.

Coupang Play’s "Rescene’s Man City Attack!" features Manchester City players Ruben Dias, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Nico Gonzalez. The players will coach the members in techniques including juggling and shooting before the show culminates in a five-on-four match between the K-pop stars and the players.

쿠팡 플레이의 “리센느의 메인 어택!”에는 맨체스터 시티를 대표하는 후뱅 디아스, 잔루이지 돈나룸마, 라얀 아이트누리, 니코 곤잘레스가 출연한다. 선수들은 멤버들과의 5대4 매치로 마무리하기 전에 리프팅과 킥 기술을 전수할 예정이다.

The collaboration will also bring music into the mix. According to Coupang Play, Rescene will perform a reworked version of its song "Love Attack" for the Manchester City players and introduce them to some of the group’s signature catchphrases.

이번 협업에는 음악도 더해진다. 쿠팡 플레이에 의하면 리센느는 맨시티 선수들을 위해 “Love Attack”을 개사한 버전을 선보이고, 리센느의 유행어를 전수하였다.

The show builds on Rescene’s recent connection with Manchester City, following the group’s halftime performance at this year’s Coupang Play Series.

리센느가 올해 쿠팡플레이 시리즈 하프타임 공연에서 활약한 것을 계기로 맨시티와의 최근 인연까지 이어졌다.

Now in its fifth year, the annual event featured Manchester City and Atletico Madrid facing off on Aug. 9, in what was Korean soccer star Lee Kang-in’s debut for Atletico Madrid.

Launched by Coupang Play in 2022, the Coupang Play Series brings leading European clubs to Korea for preseason exhibition matches against Team K League and other international teams.

2022년 쿠팡플레이가 시작한 쿠팡플레이 시리즈는 유럽의 주요 구단들을 한국으로 초청해 팀 K리그 및 다른 해외 팀들과 프리시즌 친선 경기를 치르게 한다.

The series has also become a platform for Coupang Play to develop entertainment content that blends soccer with Korean variety programming, bringing international stars into the spotlight beyond the pitch.

해당 시리즈는 쿠팡플레이가 축구와 한국 예능을 결합한 콘텐츠를 제작해 세계적인 선수들을 경기장 밖에서도 주목받게 하는 플랫폼으로 자리잡았다.

The streamer has previously featured Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich players on "Sindorim Morning Soccer Club," a series produced in collaboration with the cast of "SNL Korea."

이 스트리밍 서비스는 “SNL Korea” 출연진과 협업해 제작한 “신도림 조기 축구회” 시리즈에서 토트넘 홋스퍼와 바이에른 뮌헨 선수들을 출연시킨 바 있다.

Tottenham players Son Heung-min, Ben Davies and Micky van de Ven have also appeared on the streamer’s popular program "Office Workers."

토트넘 선수 손흥민, 벤 데이비스, 미키 판더펜 역시 이 스트리밍 서비스의 인기 프로그램 “직장인들”에 출연하기도 했다.

"Rescene’s Man City Attack!" premieres Friday on Coupang Play. The program is available to both Coupang Wow members and general users free of charge.

“리센느의 맨시티 어택!”은 쿠팡플레이에서 금요일에 공개된다. 프로그램은 쿠팡 와우회원과 일반 회원 모두 무료로 시청할 수 있다.
