[DISCLOSURE] Aekyung Petrochemical (161000) said on Sept. 12 that it has decided to guarantee 14.29 billion won (US$12.84 million) loan of its subsidiary Aekyung Chemical that it borrowed from Citi Bank Shanghai.

This amounts to 6.95 percent of its equity capital.
