[DISCLOSURE] Intron Biotechnology (048530) said on Aug. 31 that it has signed a trust contract with Hyundai Securities to repurchase up to 1.5 billion won (US$1.3 million) of its stock to stabilize its stock value and boost shareholder value.

The contract expires Aug. 30, 2017.
