[DISCLOSURE] Sun Technology (122800) announced on Aug. 29 that its majority shareholder has changed from Doona to Pegasus Private Equities through stock purchase.
Doona’s stake in the firm has been reduced from 11.58 percent to 5.12 percent.
Pegasus Private Equities currently holds 1,500,000 shares of the firm, equivalent to 6.94 percent of its entire stake.
