Hotel Shilla CEO Lee Boo-jin named Korea’s top female CEO

이부진 호텔신라 사장, ‘K-브랜드지수’ 국내 여성 CEO 1위 선정

The Asia Brand Research Institute, a big data evaluation agency, announced that Hotel Shilla CEO Lee Boo-jin has been named the top female CEO on its K-Brand Index.

빅데이터 평가기관인 아시아브랜드연구소는 호텔신라 이부진 사장이 자사 ‘K-브랜드지수(K-Brand Index)’에서 국내 여성 최고경영자(CEO) 1위에 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

The index measures brand influence by combining multiple indicators, including media exposure, social media activity, public sentiment, community engagement and artificial intelligence-based metrics.

K-브랜드지수는 미디어 노출도, 소셜미디어 활동, 대중 감성 분석, 커뮤니티 반응, 인공지능(AI) 기반 지표 등 다양한 지표를 종합해 브랜드 영향력을 평가한다.

The assessment analyzed roughly 52.43 million online data points collected in December 2025, focusing on the top 30 female CEOs in Korea, based on search rankings.

이번 평가는 2025년 12월 한 달간 수집된 약 5천243만 건의 온라인 빅데이터를 분석해, 검색 순위를 기준으로 선정한 국내 여성 CEO 상위 30명을 대상으로 진행됐다.

Following Lee, the top-ranked executives included Choi Soo-yeon (Naver), Kim Yoo-jin (Hanssem), Kim Seon-hee (Maeil Dairies) and Kim Ji-won (Hansae MK).

이부진 사장에 이어 ▲최수연 네이버 대표 ▲김유진 한샘 대표 ▲김선희 매일유업 대표 ▲김지원 한세엠케이 대표가 상위권에 이름을 올렸다.
