[DISCLOSURE] DS Hi-Metal (077360) announced on Aug. 26 that its subsidiary DS UMT will be acquired by their affiliate DS Techopia to improve management efficiency.

The ratio for the merger between the two firms is 1:0.67. The merger date is Oct. 31.
