South Korea is set to debut its first-ever bisexual dating reality series.

Korean streaming platform Wavve has greenlit "Stand Bi Me," a reality format featuring bisexual participants as they pursue romantic relationships.
국내 스트리밍 플랫폼 웨이브는 양성애 출연진이 연애 관계를 형성하는 과정을 담은 리얼리티 포맷 ‘Stand Bi Me’를 제작 승인했다.
Specifics regarding "Stand Bi Me" remain limited other than the fact that the series will be released via Wavve during the first half of 2026.
‘Stand Bi Me’에 대한 구체적인 내용은 2026년 상반기 웨이브를 통해 공개된다는 점 외에는 제한적이다.
Wavve said details, including the cast size, specific premiere date and format, are still being finalized and cannot yet be disclosed, as the series is still in preparation.
웨이브는 출연진 규모, 정확한 공개 일정, 형식 등 세부 사항이 아직 확정 중이어서 공개할 수 없다고 밝혔다.
“We are aiming to shape the show in a way that reflects a wide spectrum of relationships and emotions,” said a Wavve representative.
웨이브 관계자는 “다양한 관계와 감정의 스펙트럼을 반영하는 방향으로 프로그램을 구성하고자 한다”고 말했다.
Last year, Wavve broadened its LGBTQ+ programming to include same-sex relationships between women with the April 2025 debut of "ToGetHer," Korea’s first lesbian dating reality series.

After the first season of "His Man" concluded, some conservative civic organizations, including Healthy Society, protested outside Wavve’s headquarters in Yeouido, arguing the programming exposed children to what they described as harmful content.
‘His Man’ 시즌 1 종료 후, 건강한사회를 포함한 일부 보수 시민단체는 해당 프로그램이 어린이들에게 유해한 콘텐츠를 노출시킨다며 여의도 웨이브 본사 앞에서 시위를 벌였다.
Meanwhile, "ToGetHer" faced severe controversy in May following online allegations against cast member Kim Ri-won.
한편 ‘너의연애’는 출연자 김리원과 관련된 온라인 폭로 이후 5월에 심각한 논란에 휩싸였다.
Anonymous posts claimed Kim had previously worked as an adult-content broadcaster, engaged in prostitution, and that she was not actually a lesbian.
익명 게시글들은 김씨가 과거 성인 콘텐츠 방송인으로 활동했고 성매매에 연루됐으며, 실제로는 레즈비언이 아니라고 주장했다.
Following the breakout of rumors, Kim acknowledged attending six paid dinner meetings during her time as a BJ but denied any sexual involvement, stating that the meetings were limited to dining.
의혹이 확산된 뒤 김씨는 BJ로 활동하던 시절 유료 저녁 식사 모임 여섯 차례에 참석한 사실은 인정했으나, 성적 관계는 전면 부인했다.
Following the backlash, producers removed Kim’s scenes and romantic storylines from the series.
이 같은 역풍 이후 제작진은 김씨가 등장하는 장면과 로맨스 서사를 프로그램에서 삭제했다.
