[DISCLOSURE] Hyungkuk F&B(189980) announced on Aug. 8 that it will acquire Cntmart, an online shopping mall for coffee, beverages and other related supplies, for 11 billion won (US$9.87 million) to diversify business and strengthen its market dominance.
