[DISCLOSURE] Asia Pacific Satellite Communications (APSI, 211270) announced on Aug. 8 that it will merge with Asia Pacific Aerospace at a ratio of 1:0.43 to maximize profits and sales of production sector of satellites and its components.

Shareholders can claim for stock purchase from Sept. 30 to Oct. 19. The due date for the merger is Nov. 1 and the distribution of new shares for the merged company will be publicized on Nov. 10.
