Andaz Seoul Gangnam is enhancing its Weekend Long Brunch with an expanded menu, live trolley service and drink options. Hosted in an open kitchen, the three-hour brunch features a variety of Western and modern Korean dishes, including LA galbi grilled to order and live carvings of beef Wellington and tomahawk steak.
A chef-led trolley service offers tableside eggs Benedict, seasonal seafood papillote and a flambe dessert experience.
The brunch includes a glass of Champagne as well as a nonalcoholic welcome drink. Priced at 140,000 won per person, reservations are available via Naver or phone.

Sofitel Seoul’s MIO hosts gala dinner with Michelin-starred Yun Seoul
Sofitel Ambassador Seoul’s modern Japanese gastronomy restaurant, MIO, will collaborate with Michelin-starred Yun Seoul for a one-night-only “Prism of Taste” gala dinner on April 11.
Co-hosted by Evian and Sofitel Seoul, the event brings together MIO’s seasonal kappo-style cuisine with sake pairings and Yun Seoul’s modern take on Korean fermentation and aging techniques. The 10-course menu features signature dishes from both restaurants, including sashimi, Yun Seoul’s signature noodle dish and top-grade Korean beef. Thoughtfully paired sake, wine and traditional liquors elevate the experience.
Held at MIO, the gala dinner is priced at 300,000 won per person or 400,000 won with beverage pairing.

Oakwood Premier Incheon unveils coastal Italian-inspired dining
Oakwood Premier Incheon introduces a new Italian coastal-inspired dining course at Panoramic 65, offering breathtaking sunset views over the West Sea and Incheon’s skyline.
The menu begins with squid ink crumble amuse-bouche, followed by octopus carpaccio and a ricotta and goat cheese salad. For the main course, guests can enjoy a surf and turf dish. The meal concludes with a choice of tiramisu or panna cotta. Each dish highlights a harmony of natural flavors and colors.
A three-glass wine pairing, curated by the restaurant’s sommelier, is available. The dining course is priced at 120,000 won per person, with the wine pairing option for an additional 100,000 won.

Sono International launches pet-friendly promotion
Sono Pet Club & Resort, operated by Sono International, is offering up to 40 percent off on pet-friendly accommodation packages during its Sono Pet Online Week event through March 23.
The package includes a Sono Pet Vivaldi Park room, a Thinking Dog pet-pairing menu, a lounge set with "Mungpuccino" and welcome coffee, a playground pass, boarding service, self-pet wash and stroller rental, along with discounts on additional amenities. Guests will also receive a pet hygiene amenity kit and weekday stays (Sunday-Thursday) come with a 1 p.m. late checkout.
Packages start at 230,000 won, with stays valid until July 17.

Momoyama features delicate seafood options such as freshwater clam soup, shellfish shabu-shabu and golden tilefish rice pot with spring vegetables.
