[DISCLOSURE] G-tree BNT (115450) said on July 29 that it has obtained an additional 7 percent stake in ReGenTree based on debt-to-equity swap, which amounts to 8.59 billion won (US$7.63 million). G-tree BNT’s stock share in the US subsidiary has increased to 58 percent.
