[DISCLOSURE] Diotek (108860) announced on July 8 that its largest shareholder will change from its subsidiary Infraware (041020) to Gwak Min-cheol and an individual, as they signed a stock transfer agreement for 23.04 percent stake. Gwak is CEO of Infraware.
