[DISCLOSURE] Raygen (047440) has sold 4,980,495 shares, the entire stake of its affiliate Raymold for 8.5 billion won (US$7.4 million) to improve financial structure, it announced on July 1. This amounts to 13.23 percent of its equity capital.
