Ingredients:

  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 1/3 package ramen soup base
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 5 shrimp (70 grams)
  • 1/2 squid (50 grams)
  • 1/4 green onion
  • 3 napa cabbage leaves
  • A small handful garlic chives
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/5 carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

(Serves 1)

Instructions

Slice the green onion and mince the garlic. Julienne the napa cabbage, carrot and onion. Cut the garlic chives to finger length.

Score the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces, then devein the shrimp. (Tip: You can also use a frozen seafood mix.)

In a pan, add the noodles and water and cook on high heat for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, gently loosening the noodles with chopsticks. (Tip: Be careful not to break the noodles while stirring.)

Once the water has reduced, add oil, green onion and garlic, and stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute. Add all the sliced vegetables and stir-fry on medium-high heat for 1 minute.

Add the prepared seafood and ramen soup base, then stir-fry on medium-high heat for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
