[DISCLOSURE] Sungmoon Electronics (014910) will guarantee a 1.7 billion won (US$1.5 million) debt of its subsidiary Qingdao Sungmoon Electronics, the company announced on June 23. This amounts to 6.05 percent of its equity capital.
