Evan, formerly of Enhypen, is poised to release his first solo EP on Sept. 7, agency Belift Lab said Monday.
The upcoming set, titled “Death of Me,” will convey his candid feelings and strong will to move forward, the company added.
Evan participated in producing both the mini album and the lead single, “Ride or Die,” which dropped in June, marking the beginning of his solo career.
The single topped the iTunes Top Songs Chart in nine regions and the music video surpassed 10 million views on YouTube in less than two days.
On Saturday, Evan uploaded a cover of “Haiiroto Ao,” a hit song from Japanese singer and songwriter Yonezu Kenshi and Suda Masaki, to YouTube.
Up next, the musician is set to headline the Grammy Museum’s “Spotlight” showcase series on Friday in Los Angeles.
