Bokwang Industry (225530) announced on Sept. 8 that it has decided to pay cash dividends starting Sept. 30. The dividend rate and the amount are yet to be set.
The company also has agreed on a capital increase by issuing 11.49 million bonus stocks. The stocks will be assigned starting Oct. 24.
