Busan Global Center is offering free use of its conference room for foreign groups.
The room has desk space for 20 people, a beam projector, screen, speakers, and extra seats are available.
Priority will be given to for community meetings related to international affairs and activities that promote relations between expats and foreigners.
Commercial uses are not acceptable and religious and study groups are also barred.
Bookings can be made from 7 days to 2 months in advance. The room is available from 9:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. on Saturdays, the maximum period that can be booked is four hours.
