Source Music, the agency of trending girl group Le Sserafim, announced that it will hold an audition, seeking members for the next-generation girl group.

Source Music released the poster for the 2024 Source Music Audition on social media and the company's official website, announcing the audition schedule. Auditions will be held in six cities, starting with Seoul on March 2, followed by Daejeon on March 3, Busan on March 9, Gwangju and Daegu on March 10, and Jeju on March 16.

It is Source Music's first in-person audition four years and five months after its last Plus Global Audition in 2019, which was co-hosted by Source Music and Big Hit Music.

Females born after 2007 can apply for an audition, regardless of nationality or where they live. Applicants can apply through the official website until 12:00 a.m. on Feb. 26 and additional applications can be made on-site on the day of the audition as well. Applicants may choose from vocals, rap, dance, musical instrument, acting or composition.

Participants who pass the first audition will be instructed about further stages, and the final successful candidate will be signed as a trainee for Source Music. Detailed information on the audition can be found on the agency's official website or social media.

Source Music, a label under Hybe, is best known as the agency of the girl group Le Sserafim. The new girl group to be selected through the upcoming audition will be the first group to debut with the agency following Le Sserafim.

Le Sserafim is preparing for its 3rd mini album, "Easy," and will perform as the only K-pop girl group at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, one of the largest music festivals in the US, in April.
