Hanhwa Resort Pyeongchang presents winter sports package

Hanhwa Resort Pyeongchang is offering a special all-in-one package for winter sports enthusiasts.

The “Extreme Winter In Pyeongchang” package features a one-night stay and breakfast. Guests may choose a free six-hour lift ticket, a ticket to be used in a sledding park, or ski or snowboard rental.

The tickets can be used at the nearby ski resort Phoenix Park in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province.

The promotion offers a 55 percent discount from its regular price and is available until Feb. 28.

Haevichi Hotel and Resort Jeju offers hands-on program for kids

Haevichi Hotel and Resort Jeju is set to entertain children on winter vacations with its new “Doorinai Package” until May 31.

The promotional package includes a one-night stay, free breakfast and a 20,000-won-worth voucher that can be used at the outdoor program “Explorer” or the hands-on program “Kid’s Atelier.”

“Explorer” includes a tangerine picking activity and Jeju Oreum trekking.

The package is for a family of two adults and one child. It is priced at 390,000 won.

Moxy Seoul Myeongdong presents special staycation package

Located in one of Seoul’s main tourist districts, the Moxy Seoul Myeongdong is offering the “Beauty Hunter” package.

The promotion presents an opportunity to experience Korean beauty, food and culture during a one-night stay at the hotel.

Guests receive a free welcome drink after check-in. The hotel also offers five sheet masks from Lapcos, a vegan beauty brand.

The package includes the opportunity to play board games and feast at a snack venue 24 hours a day, with snacks, wine, beer and other beverages.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo is set to entertain children enjoying winter vacation with its latest “Little Artist” promotion.

The promotion includes a special welcome kit, the hotel’s signature cookie box, an afternoon tea set, a special “mission book,” a breakfast buffet for the parents and child, restaurant discounts and admission to the hotel's indoor swimming pool.

With the tea set, children can design and make their own desserts, including cake and macarons. Children can also tour different areas of the hotel to complete missions and win an eco bag themed on the hotel's mascot.

The “Little Artist” package is priced at 280,000 won and is available through February.

The Plaza launches winter food promotion

The Plaza has launched its winter season food promotion for guests looking to experience lesser-known seasonal Korean ingredients.

The healthy, wholesome ingredients include tilefish, black pork belly, monkfish liver, yam salad and more, cooked using Korean, Japanese and Chinese recipes.

Visitors can enjoy the seasonal dishes until Feb. 29 at the buffet restaurant, Seven Square, and the Chinese restaurant, Dowon.
