Monday will see a high of 29 degrees Celsius despite the clouds covering most of the nation’s sky.

Ozone saturation level is forecast to be in the “bad” range, with stagnant air causing fine dust levels to shoot up in west-central regions in the morning.

The day’s low will hover between 10 C and12 C, with highs between 19 C and 29 C, slightly hotter than Sunday.

In Jeju, light precipitation of between 5 to 20 mm is forecast to continue through the afternoon.

The weather agency warned of wide difference in the day’s mercury levels and urged people to take caution in sudden temperature drops.

With the season quickly flipping over to summer, Busan’s Haeundae, Songdo and Songjeong beaches will be open to swimmers starting Friday.
