A record number of passengers went abroad via Incheon International Airport over the weekend as the extended holiday prompted a jump in overseas travel, the airport's operator announced Monday.
The airport recorded 114,751 outbound travelers Saturday, when the 10-day holiday season began. It was the most since July 30, when the number was 109,918.
The record was broken again Sunday, with 116,112 passengers going abroad.
