[DISCLOSURE] SeAH Steel (003030) acknowledged that it is in talks to acquire Russian steel pipe manufacturer OMK’s tube factory in Texas, US to strengthen its competitiveness in North America, but that nothing specific was determined, in a statement released on Oct. 21 in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry regarding media reports.
