[DISCLOSURE] U&I (056090), an orthopedic device manufacturer, announced on Oct. 20 that it has decided to sign a trust contract with Hyundai Securities (003450) to repurchase its stocks worth 2 billion won (US$1.78 million).

The company made the decision as “its stock price have fallen excessively,” the company said. The contract lasts from Oct. 21 to April 20, 2017.
