[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Development (012630) said on Oct. 19 that it has signed a housing redevelopment deal worth 667.7 billion won (US$594.2 million) for an apartment complex in Gangdong district. 

The deal amounts to 14.5 percent of the firm’s revenue.
