Hyundai Glovis Co, a South Korean logistics company, has launched an education program for children, the company said Tuesday.
Starting Tuesday, the logistics company will visit 120 elementary schools around the country to carry out a safety-themed puppet show, the company said. This will help teach kids the importance of safety in case of disasters and is part of the company’s larger corporate social responsibility program called “Safety Empathy.”

In June, Hyundai Glovis invited 400 elementary school students to a safety camp during which the children experienced various safety-related activities such as an evacuation drill and emergency treatment.
In August, the company distributed anti-drowsy kits for 10,000 drivers at two highway rest stops, the company said Tuesday. This campaign, together with the Safety Marathon which took place in May, highlights the company’s efforts to reinforce safety. The company said it hopes that the campaign will contribute to traffic safety and prevent disasters in the country.
