Citibank Korea launched a comprehensive wealth management advisory system called Total Wealth Advisor to provide quality service for asset management, the bank said Tuesday.
Citibank Korea’s new service enables the bank’s relationship managers and portfolio counselors to provide financial goal planning and investment asset management services for customers through a systematic and standardized process, the bank said.

Citibank Korea employees in charge of wealth management now use the TWA to systemically design financial goals for customers including retirement, education, capital protection and asset growth, and provide advice to help them establish diversified investment portfolios to achieve those goals.
The service, which is available on mobile tablets and personal computers, also enables asset managers to monitor whether customers’ financial goals are on the right track on a real-time basis, Citibank Korea said.
The TWA has an internal index called the Citigold Diversification Index that informs customers of the current status of their asset or product diversification as well as their preparedness for future market volatility.
Citibank Korea CEO Park Jin-hei said, “In order to provide the best wealth management service in Korea, Citibank Korea expanded the customer segment eligible for its wealth management service to customers last year. We’re pleased to be able to provide more advanced wealth management services to our customers through a systematic and standardized process thanks to the latest launch of the TWA.”
