[DISCLOSURE] NH SPAC No. 3 (198440) announced on Sept. 8 that it will acquire unlisted firm Korea Cement to improve its credit standing and its ability to finance the operation while improving management transparency.
The merger will be finalized on Feb. 7, 2017 and the ratio for the merger is 1: 2.17.
