[DISCLOSURE] Jeil Pharmaceutical (002620) announced on Sept. 8 that it will spin off its non-prescription medicine business division.

The new company, Jeil Health Science, will be devoted to developing new over-the-counter drugs. 

Jeil Pharmaceutical will remain a public company and continue managing prescription medicine brands. The due date is Nov. 11.
