    Hana Financial Group (086790) announced on Aug. 31 that it has sold its stake of 5.78 percent (462,815 shares) in KPM Tech (042040) to Hanil Vacuum (123840) consortium. Hana group acquired the bonds as a debt-equity swap during the restructuring of KPM Tech, a producer of surface treatment chemicals and automatic plating equipment. [DISCLOSURE] Hana Financial Group (086790) announced on Aug. 31 that it has sold its stake of 5.78 percent (462,815 shares) in KPM Tech (042040) to Hanil Vacuum (123840) consortium.
 
Hana group acquired the bonds as a debt-equity swap during the restructuring of KPM Tech, a producer of surface treatment chemicals and automatic plating equipment.
