[DISCLOSURE] Sincetimes (056000) announced on Aug. 31 that it has signed an exclusive contract with Beijing Sincetimes Network to publish the Chinese developer’s mobile game “The Battle 1942” worldwide except for China.

The company will pay 30 percent of profits from the game to Beijing Sincetimes Network without upfront payment.

The contract will last for two years and renew automatically every year.
