[DISCLOSURE] Ilkyung (078940) said on Aug. 25 that it has decided on a capital increase worth 700 million won (US$626,959).

A total of 280,000 new shares will be issued at the price of 2,500 won per share for third party allotment. The shares will be offered to three individuals, including a board member, and the listing date is Sept. 9.
