    Shinsung ENG (104110) said on Aug. 25 that it has decided to guarantee a 3.6 billion won (US$3.21 million) debt of its affiliate Singsung FA (104120). [DISCLOSURE] Shinsung ENG (104110) said on Aug. 25 that it has decided to guarantee a 3.6 billion won (US$3.21 million) debt of its affiliate Singsung FA (104120). The amount is equivalent to 6.1 percent of Shinsung ENG’s equity capital. The guarantee period is until Feb. 25, 2017.
