[DISCLOSURE] Soulbrain (036830) announced Aug. 23 that it will sell its entire 2 million shares of subsidiary Soulbrain Memsys for 2.57 billion won (US$2.3 million), which amounts to 7.04 percent of its revenue last year on a consolidated basis.

Soulbrain Memsys produces and sells semiconductor testing devices and will be sold off on Sept. 23.
