[DISCLOSURE] GS Engineering & Construction (006360) announced on Aug. 19 that the other party of its 876.6 billion won (US$778.1 million) contract to build a residential complex in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, has changed to KB Real Estate Trust.

The deal amounts to 8.29 percent of the firm’s 2015 revenue.
