[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Heavy Industries announced that an agenda item to increase the number of shares on articles of association from 300 million to 500 million was passed at an extraordinary shareholders meeting on Aug. 19. 

The purpose of the change is to raise capital to improve financial structure, it said.
