[DISCLOSURE] Hyungji Elite (093240) announced on Aug. 19 that it will issue convertible bonds worth 20 billion won (US$17.9 million), offering them to Synergy Partners and one other firm. 

The school uniform brand of fashion group Hyungji will expand its market share in the Chinese school uniform business and finance its ladies’ apparel brand Ragello.
