[DISCLOSURE] Leechem (131100) announced on Aug. 17 that 1,838,235 shares have been issued to YH 2nd Association for capital increase, which amounts to 50 billion won (US$45.6 million). The price per share is 2,720 won. 

The company also will issue convertible bonds worth 15 billion won to raise capital. YH Consulting Company and YH 1st Association are financing 10 billion and 5 billion won, respectively. 

The conversion price per share is 3,432 won.
