    Kumho Tire (073240) announced on Aug. 11 that it will guarantee 47.79 billion (US$43.39 million) loan of its subsidiary Nanjing Kumho Tire from SPD Bank in China. This amounts to 3.8 percent of its equity capital and will expire May 2017.

[DISCLOSURE] Kumho Tire (073240) announced on Aug. 11 that it will guarantee 47.79 billion (US$43.39 million) loan of its subsidiary Nanjing Kumho Tire from SPD Bank in China. 

This amounts to 3.8 percent of its equity capital and will expire May 2017.
