[THE INVESTOR] Korea M&A Exchange said on Aug. 11 that it would raise capital worth 1.78 billion won (US$1.62 million) by issuing 3.58 million new shares.

M&A matchmaking platform aims to post 2 billion won in revenue and make more than 10 tie-ups this year.
